How they fit together

These are not 6 products. They are one loop with 6 entry points.

Most employers start with whichever service answers the fire they are fighting this quarter. The measurement underneath is the same either way, which is why a workshop booked in March and a return-to-work case opened in September end up reading from the same numbers.

01

Test

Full strength and functional capacity assessment. Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and the tasks the job actually contains.

02

Benchmark

Every result is placed against others of the same age and sex. A number on its own means nothing.

03

Prescribe

An individual exercise program aimed at that person's specific deficits. Not a group class.

04

Retest

Repeat testing throughout, so progress is tracked objectively and the program is adjusted on evidence.

Our positionWe will tell you when a service is the wrong answer. If your problem is a shelf at 1.9 metres, an ergonomic assessment fixes it and a massage programme does not, and we would rather say that than sell the larger engagement.
Standing terms

The same 4 rules apply to all 6.

They are not negotiable per engagement, and they are written here so a buyer does not have to ask.

The clinical relationship is with the employee. Individual results go to the worker and live in their clinical record.

Employers receive aggregate reporting only, above a minimum group size, and never anything usable for an employment decision.

Participation is voluntary, and declining is not reported to the employer.

Anything outside a clinician's scope of practice is referred out in writing, not retained.

Not sure which one you need? Neither are we, yet.

That is what the assessment is for. One site, one shift, one set of numbers, and then a recommendation you can check.
