Programs

3 programs. Every one starts with a measurement.

Nobody is placed in a program because of their job title or their age. They are placed because of what their assessment found, and they move out of it when the retest says so.

How a program is assigned

The assessment picks the program, not the manager.

01

Test

Full strength and functional capacity assessment. Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and the tasks the job actually contains.

02

Benchmark

Every result is placed against others of the same age and sex. A number on its own means nothing.

03

Prescribe

An individual exercise program aimed at that person's specific deficits. Not a group class.

04

Retest

Repeat testing throughout, so progress is tracked objectively and the program is adjusted on evidence.

The wider scope

We sell physiotherapy today. We are built for everything that sits next to it.

Physical load and psychological load show up in the same person, on the same claim, in the same year. Treating one and ignoring the other leaves the outcome half finished.

Musculoskeletal capacity

Where we start, because it is where the claims are. Soft tissue injury is the largest lost time claim category in Canada.

Our positionBeing straight about sequencing: physiotherapy and capacity testing are what we deliver at scale today. The mental health layer is in build, and we would rather say that than sell you a slide.

Find out which program your team needs.

We assess first and recommend second. If the numbers say your crew is fine, we will tell you that too.
