Program 01
Bulletproof Back
Build the lumbar load tolerance the job actually demands, then prove it with a repeat test.
Lumbar spine and trunkDeficit drivenRetested

The back is the most claimed body part in Canada.
Lifting, lowering, carrying and repeated trunk flexion. Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, long haul, long term care.
What we measure
- Isometric trunk extension and flexion strength
- Hip hinge and posterior chain capacity
- Left and right symmetry through the hips
- Endurance under repeated load, not a single max
What the worker gets
- Individual program targeting the measured deficit
- Task specific loading that matches the real job
- Retest at a set interval, with the numbers shown to the worker
How it runs
Same loop, every program.
01
Test
Full strength and functional capacity assessment. Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and the tasks the job actually contains.
02
Benchmark
Every result is placed against others of the same age and sex. A number on its own means nothing.
03
Prescribe
An individual exercise program aimed at that person's specific deficits. Not a group class.
04
Retest
Repeat testing throughout, so progress is tracked objectively and the program is adjusted on evidence.

The assessment answers that question in one visit, with numbers rather than an opinion.
