Program 03
PostureStrong
Endurance for the postures a shift actually holds: seated, standing, static, repetitive.
Sustained posture and static loadDeficit drivenRetested

Nobody gets injured. Everybody gets worn down.
Drivers, desk based teams, line operators, lab and precision work, dispatch and control rooms.
What we measure
- Neck and upper back isometric endurance
- Grip and forearm capacity for repetitive work
- Postural tolerance over time, not in a single position
- Workstation and cab setup against the measured result
What the worker gets
- Micro dosed loading that fits inside a shift
- Workstation changes tied to a specific measured deficit
- Retest to confirm the change actually worked
How it runs
Same loop, every program.
01
Test
Full strength and functional capacity assessment. Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and the tasks the job actually contains.
02
Benchmark
Every result is placed against others of the same age and sex. A number on its own means nothing.
03
Prescribe
An individual exercise program aimed at that person's specific deficits. Not a group class.
04
Retest
Repeat testing throughout, so progress is tracked objectively and the program is adjusted on evidence.
